What is heat ?
Heat is something you can’t see. It can melt things and keep you warm.
It is a form of energy It’s a bit like when fire can burn things.
Electricity can be a source of heat you would get hotter if your in front of the furnace.
Convection
For example, when you put an ice cube in a glass of hot water the ice would definitely melt and make the warm water turn cooler.
Conduction
Conduction is the connection of transferring heat to another object.
For example, if we touch a hot water bottle our hands become warm so that means the heat from the hot water bottle had transferred to our hands.
Insulator
An insulator is something that keeps the temperature from changing and it stays the same.
Radiation
That’s what we have been learning in science🌡ðŸ”🔬

Wow Shanna and Siena I love how you made your writing so interesting so people will want to read more about conduction and heat I all so love all of your pictures it tells us a lot of interesting facts
Dear Rosie
Thank you for the comment.
We love that you are interested in science, thank for the feedback on our pictures about how they explain lots of information (it was a bit hard to find and choose the photos to match our writing!)
Love from Shannen and Siena
